EW.Com created a list of their 17 favorite immortal characters.  Adam Monroe/Takezo Kensei (portrayed by David Anders) made number 16 on the list.  Screenshot of his section below:

Whee! I just saw that John Amsterdam, Played by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau was number 17. =D Too bad the show wasn't renewed. =(
